Terms and Conditions

Booking Conditions:

1) RESERVATIONS/BOOKING.

With Visit View Nepal Trek, you simply have to fill out the booking form to ensure all the services that are available as agreed. Bookings can with a 25% deposit along with your personal details (arrival date, flight no.s and itineraries and passport details). This will create a association agreement  at which point we will issue a confirmation invoice. Please make sure that you have read our following terms and conditions.

2) CHARGES.

Visit View Nepal Trek ensures that once we have received your deposit, the price will not alter  although we hold  the right to adjust  according to the introduction of new taxes. Our prices  for tours and packages are based on the needs of our customers and the Cape Town declaration for responsible tourism. Prices are based on the costs for the present year.

3) DATE OF DEPARTURE & COLLECTION TIMINGS.

Visit View Nepal Trek are flexible to minor changes in your departure and are happy to reschedule whenever possible. If any changes need to be made, please feel free to contact us as soon as possible.

4) PASSPORTS & VISAS.

A passport with minimum validity of six  months is required for entry to Nepal. Nepal has a visa on arrival system although you can obtain it from the Nepal embassy or consulate in your own country. Visa cost is not includes in our cost. Visit View Nepal Trek accepts no responsibility for any expenses incurred from any irregularity in your documents.

5) EXTRA COSTS.

The client is responsible for their part of the extra cost due to unexpected expenses that may arise due to the factors beyond our control including landslides, political unrest, personal illness, bad weather, etc.

6) TRANSFER OF BOOKING.

Visit View Nepal Trek retain the right to decide whether the tour is transferable or not. Under critical circumstances, treks are transferable and we are happy to assist you in any way possible regarding a change in tour plans.

7) BREAKING OF TOURS & TREKKING.

Visit View Nepal Trek will not be held liable for any refund to any broken tour or trek because of the factors that are beyond our control. i.e. client’s sickness, accident, landslides, etc.

8) CANCELLATION.

Following cancellation charge will apply, if you cancel the tour once booked.i) If you notified 3 weeks before to arrival date then 30% of the tour cost is deducted, which includes costs for the entire tour.

  1. If you notified 5 weeks before to arrival date then 20% of the tour cost is deducted, which includes costs for the entire tour.
  2. No refund is available upon shorter notice as the booking will be completed.

9) ACCIDENT OR LOSS.

We conclude no answer-ability  for delay, inconvenience, loss, damage or consequential loss unless such cause is due to employee carelessness. If such  cases appear,  our responsibility  is limited (except for death or personal injury) to a maximum of the return of the tour cost. We do not own or manage the vehicles, accommodation, and restaurants used and we have no liability for loss or damage caused by the operators thereof.

10) COMPLAINTS.

If certain problem arise with our package please inform our tour operator at present who will be ready to make any necessary changes as soon as possible. If the objection  is not resolved locally please make a written complain to our office at Kathmandu as soon as possible. If the complaint isn’t resolved we will make every effort to provide reasonable indemnity.

11) WHAT INCLUDES IN TRIP?

This is specifically declare on each itinerary. If still you have any confusion please contact a Visit View Nepal  Staff member to clear up any fickleness.

12) TRAVEL INSURANCE.

It is strongly recommend that travelers should have a inclusive  travel insurance and do not travel against medical advice.  Visit View Nepal keeps your insurance details (policy number, policy provider, and emergency contact). Insurance is available in Nepal but it would be always better to obtain insurance in your home country.

13) HELICOPTER CHARTER / RESCUE.

If a client wants emergency evacuation or rescue, the client must pay all costs associated with the rescue operation . The client will be provided with receipts to claim these expenses with her/his insurance co..  For  helicopter rescue,  the company may ask the guest to sign a blank SALES SLIP of her/his CREDIT CARD if needed. The signed SALES SLIP will be returned to her/him if no rescue is required, at the end of Trekking.

14) IF VISIT VIEW NEPAL HAVE TO CANCEL.

You will have a choice of either an alternative tour/ trek package or full refund, If for any reason the trip Must be cancelled . Cancellation will only occur due to factors outside of our control. i.e.  political instability, commotion, civil strife, terrorist activity, natural disaster, fire, or adverse weather conditions.

15) OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU.

  1. We acquire authority for ensuring that the services which you book with us are supplied as agreed in our scheme and that services offered  reach  a reasonable standard. We make all reasonable efforts to secure  that the travel services we offer are properly arranged. Visit View Nepal will provide you with the best safety, hygiene and quality throughout your booking.
  2. We accept responsibility for the acts and/or exclusion of our employees, agents and suppliers except where they lead to death, injury or illness. Our maximum responsibility  in all cases shall be limited.
