Rising at an elevation of 6476 m. forming the northern part of Lukla lies the adventurous peaks in Nepal; The Mera Peak. It is one of the most technical peaks in Nepal. It occupy at the edge of the Khumbu region. It is one of the most popular climbing peaks in the world. Nepal’s giant trekking peak can get complex, so it is bound to be a challenging and exciting trip. The Mera Peak Climbing trail is located on the southern side of Everest. Both the western and south routes challenge the climbers in their mountaineering aspects.

The 19 days journey is an extraordinary one which takes you across the off-beaten paths of the Hinku valley. During our trip we will mostly stay at guesthouses. We have specific days set for proper rest and acclimatizing to higher elevations.

On the way you can notice some of the highest 8000 peaks, like Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and other beautiful mountain such as Cho Oyu and Ama Dablam. The best time to join this trek is spring and autumn season. The Mera peak climbing serves an absolute treat for the adventurous souls keen on starting their mountaineering/climbing journey.

Is the Mera Peak Expedition difficult?

Yes it is. Mera Peak Climbing is not a super technical journey but you would still require to be in good health for this course. The climbers need to possess a lot of stamina and strength to overcome the difficulties as you will be trekking for a more extended set of days. So, we would recommend some prior physical training before the expedition although a previous climbing experience is not a pre-requisite.

During the journey, our professional guides will provide you with short pre-climbing training. You will be familiar to use of technical equipment (harnesses, crampons, ice axe, and ropes) as you climb on top of the summit.
